This Refund Policy explains how AI DETECTOR TEXT handles subscriptions, credit packs, failed requests, credit recovery, cancellations, and billing disputes.
AI DETECTOR TEXT is an independent AI service and is not affiliated with any model provider.
Credits as Usage Units
Credits are usage units for AI DETECTOR TEXT. Credits are not a form of currency, do not carry monetary value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed.
Credit consumption may vary by selected model, text length, task type, and feature. Pricing, included credits, renewal intervals, and expiration rules are shown before checkout where applicable.
Failed Request Credit Recovery
Credits may be restored automatically or after review when a request fails because of a technical issue, such as:
- Service unavailability
- Server error
- Provider timeout
- Invalid system response
- Processing failure before a usable result is delivered
Credit recovery generally does not apply when:
- The request completed successfully
- You are dissatisfied with the subjective quality of a result
- The input was incorrect, incomplete, or submitted by mistake
- The request violated policy or was correctly blocked by moderation
- You attempted to bypass service limits, safeguards, or billing controls
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through the billing dashboard where available. Access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout or required by law.
Unused subscription credits may expire according to the plan rules shown on the pricing page, billing dashboard, or checkout page.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription refunds are reviewed based on payment date, usage, technical issues, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for review within 14 days of purchase when usage remains limited and the request is not connected to policy abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or completed high-volume usage.
Monthly subscriptions are generally not prorated after the billing period starts, except where required by law or where a verified technical issue prevents service use.
Credit Pack Refunds
Credit pack refunds may be reviewed when:
- No purchased credits from the pack have been used
- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- The purchase was accidental or duplicated
- The account is not connected to abuse, fraud, or policy violations
Once credits are used for successful requests, the used portion is not refundable. Unused credits remain subject to the expiration rules shown at purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credit recovery are generally not available for:
- Successfully completed requests
- Credits used for valid tasks
- Expired credits
- Promotional, bonus, or free credits
- Violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse
- Third-party fees that are not returned by the payment provider
Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can review the issue, restore eligible credits, adjust billing when appropriate, or explain the decision.
Filing a chargeback may cause account access to be limited while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination.
