How to Request a Refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Want to Cancel Your Subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription instead of requesting a refund, you can do so directly from your dashboard.

How to Cancel:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Find the "Manage Subscription" button
  3. Click to access your billing portal
  4. Cancel your subscription from there

Note: Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Want to Reactivate Later?

If you change your mind and want to reactivate your subscription, you have two options:

  • Dashboard: Go to your Dashboard and use "Manage Subscription" to reactivate
  • Homepage: Visit our pricing page to choose a new plan and subscribe
